HC is a licensed Virginia Class A Contractor. We carry liability and workmans compensation insurance. There is a staff of 25-30 craftsmen installing and supervising your patios and decks, with a crew of 5 specializing in landscaping and maintenance. HC also employs full time customer support staff to address your concerns in the office. When you need us....we are there.
